- I eat Keto/Paleo/Vegetarian/Your-Diet-Plan here, can I still take this class?Yes! This is a no-diet-dogma program. You’ll learn strategies for healthy habits and real food nutrition, however you can modify it as needed to meet your specific dietary needs.
- Does this program come with a meal plan?No. This is not about handing you a specific meal plan that you have to follow. Instead it’s about supporting you toward choosing nourishing options while eating in a way that meets your food culture. However you will get a lot of delicious recipes as part of the program
- Are there any extra costs to this program?The program itself is comprehensive and provides day-by-day prompts plus handouts and more. If you choose to, there is a list of recommended supplements that you can buy, but it is not a requirement of the program.
- What if I have questions or need support?There is a section of The Kitchen Table community that is a forum specifically for anyone who is taking the 21 Day Nutrition Reset. You’ll be able to ask questions there.
- What kind of results do people who take this program have?Your results will vary depending on your bio-individual situation. Over the years participants have reported feeling more energy, less digestive upset, and less brain fog. Although this is not specifically designed to be a weight loss program, a number of participants share that they lose a couple of pounds while following the 21 days.

One of my favorite stories from this program is about a gentleman who did not want to take the class.
